This Refund Policy governs all purchases made from Blackhawk MillWorks. By placing an order, submitting payment, or accepting an invoice, the customer acknowledges, understands, and agrees to the terms outlined below. These terms apply to all customers without exception.


All Sales Are Final

All products and services offered by Blackhawk MillWorks are sold on a strictly final-sale basis.
We do not issue refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, or store credit for any reason, including (but not limited to):

  • Wood slabs and lumber (raw, milled, kiln-dried, surfaced, or processed in any way)

  • Custom-built furniture and made-to-order items

  • Milling, surfacing, flattening, and kiln-drying services

  • Blacksmith hardware, metal components, and special-order parts

  • Any product that is cut, processed, prepared, packaged, or allocated to a customer

Once payment is received, the order is considered irrevocable, and production or material allocation begins immediately.


Custom and Specialty Materials

Many materials cannot be resold due to custom dimensions, species selection, unique grain patterns, or preparation requirements.
For this reason, no exceptions are made for custom orders, special requests, or project-specific items.


Order Verification Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm all order details before submitting payment, including:

  • Dimensions, thickness, and species

  • Moisture content requirements

  • Intended application

  • Hardware type and specifications

  • Quantities and measurements

  • Shipping details and delivery readiness

Blackhawk MillWorks is not responsible for incorrect selections made by the customer.


No Cancellations After Payment

Because every order requires immediate labor allocation, material preparation, or removal from active inventory, cancellations are not permitted once payment has been submitted.


Acceptance of Terms

By paying an invoice, placing a deposit, or completing any purchase, the customer expressly agrees to:

  1. No refunds

  2. No returns

  3. No exchanges

  4. No cancellations

  5. No store credit

These conditions apply regardless of project changes, timeline adjustments, shipping decisions, or customer circumstances.
